Position: Senior Project Associate, Gangwal School of Medical Science and Technology, IIT Kanpur.

We are looking for dynamic and motivated candidates with strong interests and/or experience in medical device development to work towards the development of percutaneous circulatory support devices and allied systems.

Essential qualifications and skills:

1. B.E. or B.Tech. with 1-year experience in Mechanical / Electronics / Electrical / Mechatronics / Biomedical engineering
2. Experience in solid modelling on CAD (AutoCAD/SolidWorks/Catia)
3. Hands-on experience in micro-controller programming, C/C++ with a preference for hardware experience

Desirable qualifications:

1. Experience in machining and additive manufacturing.
2. Experience in LabView programming
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work as a part of a dynamic group.

Term of Appointment:  06 months (can be extended based on performance)

Salary Range:

INR 25900-2100-63700 pm (consolidated). A higher starting salary may be considered for exceptionally qualified/experienced candidates as per IITK Rules.
