Applications are invited for temporary or contractual post of Project Associate under the project entitled “National Centre of Excellence for Large Area Flexible Electronics at IIT Kanpur (Phase-II)” at National Centre for Flexible Electronics, IIT Kanpur.

For the Position of: “Project Associate”

Minimum Qualification: B.Tech, Or Post graduate, Or Graduate+ 3 year’s relevant experience

Desirable Qualification:

  • B.Tech in Chemical Engineering/ Polymer Science and Technology/Nanotechnology/Nanoscience and Technology/Printing/Ink/Material Science and Engineering / Electrical Engineering OR M.Sc in Physics /Chemistry/Polymer Science OR BSc (Physics, Chemistry, Math) +3 years of work experience.
  • Experience in materials synthesis, ink formulation, sensing film fabrication using spin coating/ink-jet printing/screen-printing/drop casting.
  • Handling and processing of flexible substrates for electronics application.
  • Experience or familiarity with characterization techniques such as viscometry, profilometry, optical microscopy, sheet resistance measurements, electrical measurements, adhesion tests.
  • Proficiency in vector graphics software such as CorelDraw or AdobeIllustrator.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

Salary: Rs. 21600-1800-54000 per month based on qualification.

Duration of appointment: 1 Year Contract. Renewable based on the satisfactory performance.
