The Office of International Relations hosted a post-Eid ul-Fitr celebration, bringing together international students, staff, and Prof. Bushra Ateeq, Dean of International Relations. Eid ul-Fitr marks the joyous ending of a month fasting during Ramadan, and served as a wonderful occasion to reflect on the spirit of Eid and cross-cultural connections within the campus community. This year, UG students from Newcastle University, who are on campus for the short academic projects, also joined the event. Students from diverse backgrounds came together to enjoy traditional delicacies, share experiences, and exchange warm greetings of Eid Mubarak, highlighting the Institute’s ongoing commitment to inclusivity and global engagement.
