On 8th January 2025, Dr. Amir Javed from the School of Computer Science and Informatics, Cardiff University, visited IIT Kanpur. He met with Prof. Bushra Ateeq, Dean of International Relations, and Prof. Amarendra Edpuganti, Department of Sustainable Energy Engineering, to discuss opportunities for academic and research collaboration between the two institutions.

Dr. Javed also delivered an engaging seminar on “Advancing Cybersecurity Research at Cardiff University: Focus on Collaborative Opportunities”, where he shared insights on cutting-edge research addressing modern cybersecurity challenges and highlighted areas for potential collaboration.

This visit marks a significant step towards strengthening stronger academic ties and advancing collaborative research efforts in the field of Cybersecurity.
