  • What does Cell for Differently Abled Persons (CDAP) do?
    CDAP assists students with disabilities in both academic and non-academic matters.
  • What kind of disabilities does CDAP help with?
    Over the last few years, the CDAP has supported students with different kind of disabilities locomotive, visual impairment, hearing impairment, Cerebral Palsy, Thalassemia, along with various specific learning disabilities, including dyslexia, dysgraphia.
  • What are some of the resources that CDAP provides?
    Some examples include:
    • Attendance Modifications
    • Compensatory Time
    • Extension in Assignment Submission
    • Examination-related Support
    • Scribes, Lab assistants
    • Preferential Seating
    • Auxiliary Aids such as large font size paper, screen readers, walking sticks etc.

    Note: These resources will be made available upon request by the student.
  • How can a student register with CDAP?
    Students can register by filling out the Accessibility Facilitation Form during on one-to-one interaction in Orienation week or by visiting the CDAP office.
