Salary Range: 24000-2000-60000

Minimum Qualification: Post graduate degree + 8 years of relevant experience OR Graduate with 15 years of relevant experience at appropriate level. OR (CA/ICWA/CS) + 2 years of relevant experience at supervisory level in a Govt. organization or educational institute or in organization of repute.

Desirable:

1. Candidate must have administrative working experience in the IITK.
2. Experience in maintaining official records and purchasing lab-related equipment, computers etc. through purchase procedure in coordination with Central Stores.
3. Experience in handling student related activities such as admission, orientation, document verification, as per the guideline of Institute.
4. Having office management skills. Able to handle official documents related to general administrative, faculty establishment and maintaining of different files and papers related to the IEM laboratory.
5. Experience in organizing in-house meetings and logistics as well accommodation for various departmental conferences.
6. Experience in handling maintaining all Stock register (LTAS/NC/Consumable).
7. Knowledge of computer applications like MS Office, Excel & PowerPoint.
8. Experience in designing of Letterhead/ Pamphlets/ Banners/ Hording/ Poster etc. required for conferences/ Seminars and workshops. A basic knowledge of software like CorelDRAW/ Adobe Photoshop/ Adobe Illustrator are invaluable.
