Applications are invited for the post of Senior Project Manager in the Office of Faculty Affairs at IIT Kanpur. Post is purely temporary and on contractual basis for a period of one year or till the end of project, whichever is earlier. Details of requirement are as below:

Minimum Qualification and post qualification experience:
Postgraduate + 12 years of relevant experience Or (CA/ICWA/CS) + 5 years of relevant experience at supervisory level in a Govt. organization or educational Institute or in an organization of repute.
Desirable Experience: Candidates should have requisite experience of the following areas:
- Maintenance of webpage
- RTI reply/queries
- Correspondence with MHRD, Lok Sabha & Rajya Sabha replies/queries
- Video Conferencing
- Maintaining of Faculty List
- Re-employment, retirement, resignation & relieving matters
- Maintaining list of awards & honours
- NIRF
- Annual Report (FIS)
- No Dues (Faculty, Academic staff, and PDFs)
- Awards & Honor’s (Senate)
- Regular Leave, New joining, Faculty record updation (Pingala)
