Applications are invited for the post of Senior Project Manager in the Office of Faculty Affairs at IIT Kanpur. Post is purely temporary and on contractual basis for a period of one year or till the end of project, whichever is earlier. Details of requirement are as below:

Scale of pay: 30000-2500-75000

No. of posts: 01 (one nos.)

Minimum Qualification and post qualification experience:

Postgraduate + 12 years of relevant experience Or (CA/ICWA/CS) + 5 years of relevant experience at supervisory level in a Govt. organization or educational Institute or in an organization of repute.

Desirable Experience: Candidates should have requisite experience of the following areas:

  • Maintenance of webpage
  • RTI reply/queries
  • Correspondence with MHRD, Lok Sabha & Rajya Sabha replies/queries
  • Video Conferencing
  • Maintaining of Faculty List
  • Re-employment, retirement, resignation & relieving matters
  • Maintaining list of awards & honours
  • NIRF
  • Annual Report (FIS)
  • No Dues (Faculty, Academic staff, and PDFs)
  • Awards & Honor’s (Senate)
  • Regular Leave, New joining, Faculty record updation (Pingala)
