Instructions
for uploading the final manuscript
1. Please make also sure that the abstract stored in EDAS
coincides with the abstract of the final manuscript, as this information will
be used to produce the abstract and product booklet.
2. Complete your registration by filling up this
Google form before starting the submission
process. At least one author must register by paying the registration fee
before the registration deadline of 14th June,
2021. That means, even when only a student author is registering on or before
14th June, 2021, he/she will have to pay
the registration fee. If this is not adhered to, the paper will be moved out of
the program and will not form part of the proceedings.
3. The Camera Ready Manuscript must be
made IEEE Xplore Compatible by running it through PDF eXpress.
Please follow these steps:
o Add the copyright notice to the first page of the manuscript. See detailed instructions here.
o Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress website. If you already have a user account, use your registered email id and password. Otherwise, you will need to create a new account.
o Use the Conference ID: 52529X
o Upload the source file for Conversion, and/or PDF for Checking.
o Use the IEEE PDF eXpress web site to generate an IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF. The site contains instructions, resources, helpful hints, and access to technical support.
o After getting an IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF, log in to your EDAS account, and go to the page that lists your paper.
o The next job is to fill the copyright form. Go to the section entitled "Copyright form" and click on the icon. Then click on "IEEE copyright submission" button. This will take you to the IEEE copyright website. Follow the procedure listed there to fill the form.
o Once this is done, you can go ahead and upload your final manuscript via EDAS, after logging into your EDAS account. In your EDAS home page, click on "My papers" and then click on the paper that you have submitted to NCC 2021. This will open on a new page, which will include a link to submit your final (pdfeXpress approved) manuscript.
In addition to the above, for your paper to be included in the NCC 2021 proceedings published in IEEE Xplore, it must be presented at the National Conference on Communications 2021. A paper with no presenter may be removed from the conference proceedings.
