Research Topic

Articular cartilage is a tissue that is frequently damaged in disease and trauma. My work deals with designing injectable hydrogel materials for delivery of cells and bioactive factors to the site of damaged cartilage tissue. I am also trying to modulate the chemical cues and architecture of polymeric hydrogel materials to make them more conducive for cartilage regeneration.
